Rules
Who votes
Every wallet that has donated $STARLINK to the fund. Donating makes you a member. There is nothing else to join.
How much a vote counts
In proportion to what you've donated, capped at 10% of total voting power per wallet, so no single wallet can decide on its own.
How votes are cast
Sign a message with your wallet. No gas. Every signature is published, so anyone can do the recount.
Who executes
Once voting is live, the multisig signers, including Ignix founder Glen, ship what the vote chose. Until then they fund requests from the shortlist.
What the fund pays for
The whole job, about $650 per place: the kit at the local Starlink price, import tax, shipping, getting someone to the site, installation and training. Monthly service is on the recipient, which is why the form asks who will hold the account. See the breakdown.
When voting opens
When the voting tool ships. Until then, the signers fund approved requests from the shortlist, and every receipt goes on chain.
In plain words
The fund
A shared wallet that pays for Starlink kits. Two people hold its keys, and both must sign before anything moves.
$STARLINK
The community token behind the fund. Holders donate it; you don't need any to ask for a kit.
What we need from you
Where the place is, who it serves, and who will look after the dish and pay the monthly Starlink bill.
What it costs you
Nothing up front. The fund pays for the kit, shipping, tax, installation and training. Monthly service is on the place that receives it.
